Terms & Conditions
- Lesson prices do not include the ski pass or any form of insurance.
- If some lifts close due to wind, technical issues, or bad weather, lessons will move to the remaining open lifts. If all lifts are closed and the lesson is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
- If you cancel the lesson due to bad weather while the lifts are still operating, even in part, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first lesson: no penalty.
- Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the first lesson: a penalty of 50% of the full booking amount will apply.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first lesson: a 100% penalty fee will apply. No refund will be provided.
- Cancellations without prior notice: these are only permitted with a valid medical certificate issued by a local medical service.
- By booking any lesson or ski guiding, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policy. This includes the use of your personal data.
- Helmets are mandatory for all participants, regardless of age.
- Ski lessons can be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
- All skiers must have valid third-party liability insurance, as required by Article 30 of Legislative Decree No. 40/2021. Insurance can be purchased with your ski pass for €3.50 per day (€1.50 for children under 8).
